A refreshing fruit salad featuring watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi, topped with a honey lime dressing and fresh mint.

- 4 cups watermelon, cubed (seedless)
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey (or agave syrup)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice, freshly squeezed
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, sliced strawberries, blueberries, and sliced kiwi.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to combine.
- Garnish with chopped mint leaves before serving.
Notes
- This salad is best served fresh, but can be made a few hours ahead of time. Just add the mint right before serving to keep it vibrant.
