Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish with butter.
  2. Layer the sliced potatoes in the dish, sprinkling salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cheddar cheese between each layer.
  3. In a bowl, mix heavy cream with additional salt and pepper; pour over the layered potatoes until just covered.

  5. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and continue baking for another 30-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
