Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Medjool dates (pitted)
  • ½ cup cashews
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • 5 tablespoons collagen peptides
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter (or any nut/seed butter)

  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon milk of choice

Instructions

  1. Blend cashews in a food processor until finely ground.
  2. Add dates, cacao, collagen, almond butter, vanilla, and salt. Process until mixture starts to come together.
  3. Add milk as needed until dough sticks when pressed between your fingers.
  4. Roll into 12-14 balls.
  5. Optional: Roll (or lightly dust) each ball in extra cacao powder before chilling.
  6. Chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
  7. Store brownie bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or in the freezer for up to 3 months. If frozen, let thaw for about 10 minutes before enjoying for best texture.
