Ingredients

- 1 cup Medjool dates (pitted)
- ½ cup cashews
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- 5 tablespoons collagen peptides
- 2 tablespoons almond butter (or any nut/seed butter)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
- Pinch sea salt
- 1 tablespoon milk of choice
Instructions
- Blend cashews in a food processor until finely ground.
- Add dates, cacao, collagen, almond butter, vanilla, and salt. Process until mixture starts to come together.
- Add milk as needed until dough sticks when pressed between your fingers.
- Roll into 12-14 balls.
- Optional: Roll (or lightly dust) each ball in extra cacao powder before chilling.
- Chill in fridge for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
- Store brownie bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or in the freezer for up to 3 months. If frozen, let thaw for about 10 minutes before enjoying for best texture.
