- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
- 1/2 cup water
- Zest of 1 orange
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water and stir until dissolved (approximately 3 minutes).
- Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm juice mixture, stirring until fully dissolved without boiling.
- Remove from heat and mix in the orange zest.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined dish and refrigerate for at least four hours or until firm.

- For a stronger orange flavor, use additional zest.
