Description
Deliciously crispy mozzarella cheese with pepperoni, perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.
Ingredients

- 1 and 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded (whole-milk melts better)
- 8 slices pepperoni, regular or turkey
- pinch Italian seasoning, garlic powder or red pepper flakes, optional
- pizza sauce, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400. Line baking tray with parchment paper.
- Add mozzarella cheese in round mounds on the parchment paper. Place 1 pepperoni on top of the cheese.
- Place tray in oven to bake for 10 minutes. The cheese will crisp around the edges.
- Sprinkle with seasoning if desired. Serve with pizza sauce for dunking.
Notes
- Whole-milk mozzarella provides better melting and flavor.
- Feel free to adjust the seasoning based on your preference.
