Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on your counter.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque (about 2-3 minutes per side).
- Pour the sauce over the cooked shrimp and let simmer for approximately 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve immediately over rice or noodles.
