A refreshing cherry cream salad made with fresh cherries, whipped cream, and creamy ingredients.

- 2 cups fresh cherries, pitted and halved
- 1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- ½ cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts, optional)
Instructions
- Wash and pit the cherries; drain the crushed pineapple thoroughly.
- Mix the cream cheese and whipped cream in a large bowl until smooth and fluffy.
- Gently fold in the cherries, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows.
- If desired, add in the chopped nuts for added crunch.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld together.
Notes
- This salad is best served chilled.
- You can substitute other fruits if desired.
