Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes and remove any seeds.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the watermelon cubes in a single layer.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 1-2 hours, or until the watermelon bites are completely frozen.
- Remove from the freezer and serve immediately. Drizzle with honey and lime juice if desired.
