Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth (about 1-2 minutes).
  3. While the chocolate melts, chop the Medjool dates into small pieces.
  4. Mix the chopped dates and optional nuts into the melted chocolate until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer.
  6. Sprinkle flaky sea salt over the top before it sets.
