Description

This delicious biscuit dough bundt cake is a perfect treat for any occasion!


Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾ cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 (16 ounce each) rolls biscuit dough (16 ounces each)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1½ teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ cup walnuts (finely chopped, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉. Grease a bundt pan or spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl stir together brown sugar and melted butter until well combined. Set aside.
  3. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a large bowl. Cut biscuits into quarters, add to sugar mixture, and toss to coat. Shake off any excess sugar.
  4. Layer the sugared biscuits and walnuts in the prepared bundt pan. Drizzle the brown sugar mixture evenly over the top.
  5. Bake for 33-37 minutes or until golden and no longer doughy in the center.
  6. Allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes. Loosen edges with a spatula and invert onto a serving platter. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, you can add vanilla extract to the brown sugar mixture.
  • Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for an extra indulgence.
