- 2 pounds beef chuck roast (Trimmed and cut into large chunks)
- 1 pound kielbasa sausage (Ensure it’s halal, sliced into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix (Halal-friendly)
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup beef broth (Ensure it’s halal)
Instructions
- Start by trimming any excess fat from the beef chuck roast and cut it into large chunks.
- Slice the halal kielbasa sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix.
- Layer the beef, sausage, and pepperoncini in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix over everything.
- Pour the beef broth over the top to ensure everything is moistened.
- Cover the crock pot and set it to low for 6-8 hours or high for about 4 hours, until the beef is fork-tender.
- Once done, shred the beef with a fork and mix it into the sauce before serving.

- This recipe can be served with rice or crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
