Description
A deliciously rich hot chocolate made with Baileys Irish Cream.
Ingredients

- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- Marshmallows (for topping)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, heat milk and heavy cream over medium heat until warm, but not boiling.
- Whisk in cocoa powder until fully dissolved.
- Stir in sugar to taste and mix well.
- Remove from heat and incorporate Baileys Irish Cream.
- Pour into two mugs and top with marshmallows. Serve immediately.

- Adjust sugar based on personal preference.
- For added richness, use more heavy cream.
