Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs with hot sauce.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture, then into the egg wash, and finally coat with crushed cornflakes.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- For glaze, mix hot sauce with honey and brush over the chicken before serving.
