Description

A simple and healthy way to prepare frozen vegetables in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag (16 oz) frozen vegetable medley

Instructions

  1. Preheat an air fryer to 350F for 5 minutes.
  2. Lay parchment paper in the bottom of the air fryer.
  3. Evenly spread the frozen vegetables over the parchment paper. The veggies will not be in a single layer and will be stacked on each other.
  4. Air fry the frozen veggie mix for a total of 10-12 minutes, halfway through the cooking time after 5 minutes, stir the vegetables. Continue cooking until the vegetables are warm.
  5. Add butter or seasoning to the veggies if desired, serve with your favorite air fryer dinner foods.
