Description

This air fryer broccoli is a quick and healthy side dish that cooks to perfection with a crispy exterior and tender interior.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 lb frozen broccoli florets
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 380F.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl combine the frozen broccoli, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the vegetable mix out in the air fryer basket, making sure to leave room on all sides.
  4. Air fry the frozen broccoli for 8 minutes and then continue cooking for 5-7 more minutes until it’s cooked through and browned in places.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges and parmesan if desired.
